When we finish the production and the test of the machine, we will take a video for you to show the performance of the machine and wait for your feedback. And after the confirmation of the finished products we will start to pack the machine and wait for customer’s requirement for shipment.
2.How will you install our machine after we receive the machine?
Answer:We used to send technician to install machine for customer before. But now due to the COVID-19 virus, it’s very difficult for us to go abroad. However, for all our machines, we have specific manuals and explanation videos to follow and install the machine.Every customer we also have one special wechat/ whatsapp group chat with technician inside to offer all necessary help on line.
3.What will happen if the machine does not work?
Answer: If the machine does not work, you can send us an email or call us.We will form a group and our engineers will be inside to guide how to solve the problem. Video call or video conference will all be available 7*24.
